Conduct the music with your hands.
An experimental music and dance engine. Turn on your camera and your movement composes the piece live — your hands move the notes, your tempo sets the pulse.
Music composed live in your browser, to your tempo — not a recording, and nothing about it leaves this page. You’ve asked for reduced motion, so it plays at a steady 62 beats a minute, without percussion and without following your tempo.

Every child
Almost no one teaches them there.
We meet the learner exactly where they are — and hide the lesson inside something they already love.
Teach at the right level.
Children are grouped by age, then taught a curriculum many of them cannot yet reach. Teaching at the Right Level groups them by what they actually know today — and it is one of the most rigorously evidenced ideas in education.
A classroom of forty cannot re-level continuously. Software can, for every learner, every night. That is the whole reason we build.

You already know the song.
You just don’t know the words yet.Sing the lullabies you already sing — in a language you don’t speak yet. The melody carries you. The words arrive on a tune your mouth already knows how to follow.
Two learners at once · every night · neither one studying
Sing to LearnYour kid’s music teacher just pulled up on a motorcycle.

An app is an icon on a phone. A band arriving at your school is an event.
They are travelling music teachers, and what they teach is English. The band learns a region’s own nursery rhymes and lullabies, then hands them back translated — line by line, on the tune the children have known since before they could speak. One unknown instead of two. Forty children singing a full English sentence at speed, certain they are only singing.
A hundred guitars.
A hundred kids. One school.

We donate a hundred guitars and teach a hundred children to play them. Then we get out of the way and let them be what they are — musicians, performing for the world.
100 Guitars ProjectThey did this. We just brought the guitars.
Jhapa Elephant Tracker
Wild elephants move through Jhapa, and people get hurt. A community-built safety map tells you where the herds are — free, forever, for the people who live there.
Elephant TrackerMade by hand —
by someone who now owns the tools.

We put a full airbrush kit in an artist’s hands, teach them the craft, and guarantee them the work at the end of it. Art schools sell tuition and hope. We sell an income.
Airbrush Art School
Design a fly, fish it, tell the river what happened. A network that learns the season with you — and ties every pattern by hand in Nepal.

An education company
that builds what it teaches.
Six ventures. One methodology. Software, hardware, live teaching and research — apps, bands, guitars, elephants, airbrushes and fishing flies — held together by a single idea about how people actually learn.
We build the technology ourselves. On-device audio and pitch analysis. A composition engine driven by a webcam and a pair of hands — it is running at the top of this page. Mapping and community reporting. Research that runs from education technology into health technology. The through-line is music: it is how we teach, how the brand sounds, and how most of what we build actually works.
